Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC)
The Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of North Carolina of the Home Builders Associations (TSMC) was formed on April 2, 1993 by the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham & Orange Counties. It is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC). Green Building Council
The primary purpose of this Green Building program, open to members of both the HBA of Raleigh/Wake County (HBARWC) and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties (HBADOC), is to promote building techniques and materials that produce homes which consume less energy and other resources, facilitate better indoor air quality and provide a more durable product requiring less maintenance.
