Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC) Goals
- To offer professional educational training through IRM, CSP, Advanced CSP, speakers, special seminars and other programs.
- To provide an effective forum for the exchange of ideas with local, regional, and national experts in the sale and marketing of new homes.
- To recognize member's professional achievements in sales and marketing excellence through a variety of award programs.
- To raise the level of council members' professional and integrity.
- To be responsible and responsive to the needs of the home-buying public and the communities it serves.
