Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes showcases new homes for 3 weekends every October.

The Wake County Parade of Homes is one of the largest judged tours in the country.

Houses are judged prior to the first open house weekend based on criteria such as quality workmanship, floor plan and curb appeal. Winners of the gold, silver and bronze are announced during the Parade at an evening awards gala. Special design features are also highlighted in parade homes.

The 51st Annual Parade of Homes, N.C.’s largest open house presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County, will run on Oct. 1-2, 7-9, and 14-16, 2016 from 12-5 p.m. This annual, free tour that is open to the public is the best way to view the newest homes and the newest communities throughout the Triangle.
