Spring New Home Tour

New living spaces are always in bloom for the Annual Spring New Home Tour.

This free, self-guided tour runs for one weekend every Spring. All homes feature new neighborhoods and upcoming home design trends throughout the Triangle. Some homes will be decorated and some will just show the finished space, but all of the homes are new construction.

The 5th Annual Spring New Home Tour will be on April 20-21, 2013, from 12-5pm each day.

2012 Spring New Home Tour Recap 

The 2012 tour was sponsored by ProBuild. To see any of the homes that were featured that weekend, visit News & Observer / N&O. This year’s Spring New Home Tour featured 87 new homes priced from $169,700 to $1,195,000 million. Just over half of the homes fall between the price range of $200,000 - $400,000.
