50+ Housing Council

50+ Housing Council is the voice of the 50+ seniors housing industry and a leading source of information and research on the active adult, independent living, service-enriched, and assisted-living markets. Membership gives you access to these valuable resources and offers opportunities to network with others in the industry, including experts.

Council for Ageless Residential Environments (C.A.R.E.)

The C.A.R.E. Council is a primary resource for ageless design in home construction for HBA members, building industry professionals and the general public.

Green Home Builders of the Triangle

The primary purpose of this Green Home Builders of the Triangle, open to members of both the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA) and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties (HBADOC), is to promote building techniques and materials that produce homes which consume less energy and other resources, facilitate better indoor air quality and provide a more durable product requiring less maintenance. You must be a member of one or both HBA’s to become a Council member.

Remodelers Council

The Remodelers Council of the HBA is a group of professionals serving the remodeling sector of the construction industry. The council promotes professionalism in the industry through responsible business practices, community involvement, and quality construction and building materials.

Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC)

The Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of North Carolina of the Home Builders Associations (TSMC) was formed on April 2, 1993 by the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham & Orange Counties. It is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC).
