Parade of Homes for Builders

The Wake County Parade of Homes  - one of the largest judged tours in the country - runs for 3 weekends every October featuring new homes throughout Wake County.

 "The Parade is one of our best sources of traffic generation all year."

Houses are judged prior to the first open house weekend based on criteria such as quality workmanship, floor plan and curb appeal. Winners of the gold, silver and bronze are announced during the Parade at an evening awards gala. Special design features are also highlighted in parade homes.

The 48th Annual Parade of Homes will be held on October 5-6, 11-13, 18-20, 2013.

Wednesday, April 24, 2013 is Early Entry ................................... $1500
Wednesday, May 15, 2013 is Reg Entry ...................................... $1750
Wednesday, June 12, 2013 is Late Entry ..................................... $2000
Tuesday, July 9, 2013 is Just Gotta Be In the Parade ...................  $2250
